Cancellation Policy

You’re responsible: The person booking must be 18+ and is responsible for the group’s safety and behaviour on site. No lifeguard: The pool is unsupervised – you must provide appropriate supervision at all times. Whole property: Your responsibility covers the pool, changing rooms, walkways, driveway, parking areas, and all parts of Emmerson House you use. At your own risk: Swimming and use of the facilities are done at your own risk. If you need to cancel or change your pool hire booking, please do so at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled time to avoid any charges.
